The Table began in April 2022 as a weekly social space for Ukrainians arriving in Swindon to meet others and build connections. Working in partnership with a range of organisations including Love Your Neighbour, Swindon Welcomes Ukraine and the Borough Council, The Table has grown into a social hub for our new Ukrainian friends in.
Currently The Table runs on a Tuesday night (in term-time) and consists of:
Beginners’ English Classes 16.00-17.30
English Conversation Classes 16.00-17.00
Social space 17.00-19.00
And we also run a range of occasional events.
